PAULA'S MISSION
My mission is help people live the abundant and ageless life they deserve by applying ancient principles to their current situation.
There are certain principles that are so timeless that they repeat themselves over and over again, whether presented by the writers of the Bible, Wayne Dyer, Deepak Chopra, Eckert Tolle, Abraham-Hicks or whoever the latest self-help guru is.
There is truly nothing new under the sun (Ecclesiastes 1:9) except how these principles are marketed. But people make it hard for themselves because in reality, they really don't want to own up to their problem, or they want to take a pill and make it all go away. For some, it's better to keep talking about their woes than really trying to get to the root of their challenges.
In essence, my experience as a coach is that many people don't get how simple it can be to live the good life because the basic way to do so it is way too easy and obvious for them to wrap their head around.
My coaching includes drawing from scripture, the law of attraction and alternative therapies such as Reflexology, Aromatherapy, and more to help people rejuvenate their lives, businesses and relationships.
So what are my credentials and what makes me an expert to coach you?
I am certified in coaching through the Coach Training Academy as well as the Professional Christian Coaches and Counseling Academy. In addition, I am a:
- Certified Reflexologist through the Baltimore School of Reflexology
- Certified Feng Shui Practitioner through the Western School of Feng Shui
- Certifed Aromatherapist through the West Coast School of Aromatherapy
- Certified Practitioner of Emotional Healing and Freedom (a derivative of Emotional Freedom Technique)
I've also worked for a variety of Fortune 500 companies including The Associated Press, Reynolds Metals Company, and the Sara Lee Corporation.
